What to expect when working with us
Project Start
Discovery call
We need to get to know you and your business, who are your customers, what do they come to you for? We build websites that have goals, whether that is to sell something directly on the site, or get their contact information to follow up at another date.
To do this we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire and hop on a call to find out as much as possible about you and your customers. It is impossible for us to understand your business as well as you do, but by getting key information we’re able to design you a website that you’ll love, and more importantly, your customers will love.
Initial mockups
After we’ve got all the information we need from you, we will go away and start creating our initial Weston Super Mare web designs. Once we have these we send them over for critique/review, at every step we keep you involved to make sure that you’re going to love the website we’ve built for you.
If you love them, great we can move on, otherwise back to the drawing board until you’re happy! We like to keep you involved at every step of the way, doing this we together can make sure that you’re happy with your new website.
Development & testing
Now it’s time to actually build the website, using the latest technology to make sure not only does your website look great, but it also has the functionality that you need to get your business firing on all cylinders. Launch
This part is fun – and possibly scary – depending on how you look at it. Don’t be alarmed, though, because we’re here to ensure that everything plays out properly. At this stage of the process, we will swap everything over to your existing website. We’re very particular about this part because we have to check all of the new links to ensure that they’re working properly.
Furthermore, if you choose to make some changes at the development stage, then we’ll need to run another check to make sure everything is functioning as it should. Following the completion of the launch process, your website will be all set to go!

It depends on the site, smaller sites tend to be cheaper than larger sites. However, our sites cost a minimum of £1000, and most of them are around that price point.
Assuming it isn’t a large site, usually the whole process takes between 2-4 weeks from our initial conversations to a finished product.
We are SEO specialists! So the on-page will all be sorted out of the box, however for ongoing plans you should look at our dedicated SEO services pages, for local and eCommerce.
It depends whether you want us to host your site for you, if you do our hosting & maintenance packages start from £15.00 a month.
We build most of our sites on WordPress, however if you’re looking for an eCommerce site we do use Shopify.
